4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
4.1 Deposits
You may deposit Funds into your Account using any of the payment methods made available by v7cc7, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Website. Deposited Funds will be credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful transaction processing, subject to verification by the payment provider.
The Company does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for all fees imposed by your payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be made at any time through your Account dashboard, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and verification requirements. v7cc7 processes most withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
Before processing a withdrawal, v7cc7 reserves the right to verify your identity, payment method ownership, and Account activity. You may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed by the Company due to technical limitations or other justifiable reasons.
4.3 Wagering Requirements
Certain deposits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money laundering measure requires that deposited Funds be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) at minimum odds or game contribution rates as specified by the Company. Bonus Funds and promotional winnings are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotional terms.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on v7cc7 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit Funds in a different currency, conversion will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment provider, and you may incur currency conversion fees.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
v7cc7 may offer Bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other limitations as specified in the promotional terms for each offer.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts involved in Bonus abuse without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, only one Bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
v7cc7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.
If you wish to set limits or self-exclude from the platform, you may do so through your Account settings or by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion periods may range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit Funds, or participate in any gaming activities.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

The use of artificial intelligence, bots, automated betting systems, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or closed, and all Funds and winnings forfeited.
